Company has a terrible return policy. Does not refund because “change of mind” - well how am I as a consumer supposed to make an informed decision about a chair - a product I literally have to sit in to experience - without ordering and essentially committing to owning it before ever testing it then? Ridiculous policy.

I was reluctant to spend this much money on a beach chair, but couldn’t find anything else out there that was as stylish! Really glad I went with these, they look great, are good quality and very comfortable.
